I am a postdoctoral research fellow at HEC Paris, based in the S&O Institute.
My research examines the determinants and consequences of strategic actions aimed at generating positive socio-environmental impact while also contributing to economic progress.
I will be on the job market in Fall 2022.
My job market paper studies how community-level exposure to the societal challenge of forced migration drives firms' CSR portfolio choices.
My research has been published in the Academy of Management Review , Strategy Science , and Organization Science, and my dissertation has been awarded the 2022 William C. Frederick SIM Doctoral Dissertation Award.
